bureau Fred en tant que nouveau secr\u00e9taire, le club se divisait en 2: un parcours comp\u00e9titif au 4h de Roquettes , et une sortie dominicale dans les coteaux (9 personnes\u00a0 pour une balade vers la voie romaine, St Thomas et Ste Foy, 46 kms au compteur, avec 500 m de D+) qui a vu le retour d&rsquo;un qu\u00e9becois sur les terres Gasconnes.<\/p>\n<h3>Commen\u00e7ons par les 4h de Roquettes et nos Fantastic Four:<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le club engageait deux \u00e9quipes pour la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition des 4 h00 de Roquettes : Sam et Manu ainsi que Guillaume ( Ga ) et gallery-caption' id='gallery-1-1186'>\n\t\t\t\tSortie Locale\n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><br style=\"clear: both\" \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>Arriv\u00e9s un peu en avance, les 4 VTTistes reconnaissent le circuit de 5 km : 1 km de slalom en sous bois sur de l&rsquo;herbe fauch\u00e9e, puis 2 km de piste tr\u00e8s roulante et enfin 2 km de chemins agricoles, le tout parfaitement plat. Bref le circuit n&rsquo;est adapt\u00e9 ni aux purs VTTistes, ni aux v\u00e9los et pneus que nous avions choisis :c&rsquo;est un parcours pour les rouleurs!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>45 \u00e9quipes prennent le d\u00e9part. La plupart des clubs sont brillamment repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Sam et Guillaume s&rsquo;\u00e9lancent en premier pour 2 tours par crainte d&rsquo;un embouteillage au premier relais. Sam passe 6\u00e8me, Guillaume en milieu de peloton.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Au bout d&rsquo;heure de course, Sam et Manu arrivent \u00e0 conserver le rythme et pr\u00e9servent une 8\u00e8me place, tandis que Guillaume et Fred sont 22\u00e8mes \u00e0 8 mn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;effort est violent : il faut tout donner pendant 15 mn. On gagne du terrain en sous bois. Si on arrive \u00e0 prendre un rouleur sur la piste, on pr\u00e9serve la position, et sur le chemin agricole, tout d\u00e9pend de ce qui reste dans les jambes. Pour les 15 mn de \u00ab\u00a0repos\u00a0\u00bb, on se r\u00e9hydrate, on s&rsquo;\u00e9tire, on discute un peu avec l&rsquo;autre \u00e9quipier et \u00e7a y est, il faut repartir. Et \u00e7a 8 fois pour Fred, 9 pour Manu et 10 pour Sam et Guillaume! Heureusement, le temps est id\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Devant, difficile de tenir le rythme pour Sam et Manu. L&rsquo;\u00e9cart entre les deux \u00e9quipes se stabilise sur une dizaine de minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la fin de la course. Au final Sam et Manu finissent en 15\u00e8me place et Guillaume et Fred en 19 \u00e8me place. Et \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de revenir avec une coupe, le club revient quand m\u00eame avec le gros lot, qui sera r\u00e9 investi dans le d\u00e9placement au Roc d&rsquo;Azur 2012.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 organisation, rien \u00e0 dire pour une premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition.
