{"id":3349,"date":"2018-05-14T11:16:04","date_gmt":"2018-05-14T09:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fontenilles-vtt.fr\/wp\/?p=3349"},"modified":"2018-06-28T16:24:35","modified_gmt":"2018-06-28T14:24:35","slug":"et-un-tour-a-la-clape","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fontenilles-vtt.fr\/wp\/?p=3349","title":{"rendered":"Et un tour \u00e0 la Clape"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pendant qu&rsquo;Eric et Nico surfaient \u00e0 St Antonin, Lionel, Flo, Lolo et Tony se sont retrouv\u00e9s au bord de Gruissan pour un tour dans la Clape.<\/p>\n<p>Rendez-vous \u00e0 la sortie de l&rsquo;autoroute pour un parcours de 57km et 1100m de D+ dans les collines pierreuses de la Clape. Temps parfait, ensoleill\u00e9 et sans vent.<\/p>\n<p>Tout \u00e0 d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 dit sur ce massif, donc je ne m&rsquo;\u00e9tendrai pas, juste que c&rsquo;\u00e9tait vraiment chouette, tr\u00e8s joueur, plein de beaux singles, une rencontre de Wilfried des Pignons Voyageurs, avec qui on a roul\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00eele St Martin o\u00f9 nous avons fait un break pique-nique tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able, avec vue sur les \u00e9tangs, le Canigou enneig\u00e9 et les plages. On a fini en haut du belv\u00e9d\u00e8re puis redescente finale sympa sans Tony qui avait rejoint sa douce au camping.<\/p>\n<p><a
