Je part de Bonrepos \u00e0 6h30 pour rejoindre J\u00e9rome \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cluse de Castanet \u00e0 8h30. D\u00e9ja 30km de parcouru pour moi, il en reste 50 pour rejoindre La Maison du Cassoulet \u00e0 Castelnaudary\u00a0 le temps est id\u00e9al ,soleil juste un vent d&rsquo;autan contraire la moyenne est soutenu pour cette distance \u00e0 19km\/h. Apr\u00e8s ce copieux repas J\u00e9r\u00f4me retourne sur Castanet avec un bon vent arri\u00e8re\u00a0 et 100km au compteur, pour moi l&rsquo;aventure continuera jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Gruissan <a
