Aujourd&rsquo;hui les maso etaient lionel et son pot, guillaume et votre narrateur pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<br \/>\nHeureusement les trac\u00e9s sont toujours au top, de belles mont\u00e9es 1600m au  GPS, de super single et des descentes techniques pleines de cailloux qui \u00a0font mal partout (\u00e7a je l&rsquo;ai d\u00e9ja dit) \u00a0le tout sur 59 kms et pour 4H30 intense. Ravitos sympas et fournis.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s un swich saucisse et une pression retour dans nos penattes.
